Add timeseries data for dYFI emissions

Useful time-series data to have for future dashboards:

• veYFI supply by block

• scaling factor for dYFI.

  • More info: you can get the emission by looking at the historical Mint events of the minter: 0xC65ac814056fd097ca28850c8466EcE7BB3A8bF5. But of course there are only events from when we moved to partial on-chain governance and onwards

• annual Dyfi Emmissions = scalingFactor * sqrt(veYfiSupply)

• allocation percentages to gauges

• dYFI discount rate can be calculated with veYFI supply and YFI supply, as well as some other variables. Not sure which of these are subject to change, although I think at least the scaling factor (s) is. Seehttps://docs.yearn.fi/contributing/governance/veYFI-comp-summary#discount-calculation-formula

• Would also love to get data showing the historical dYFI APR/APY for staking in gauges. Could be raw (dYFI / gauge / time period) that could then be used to determine historical boost APRs. All a little complicated because of dYFI price variability. Lets chat more about this when you get round to working on this issue!
