在使用openai的翻译时，即使指令的格式正确，且文件位于指定目录下却仍然显示not exist .

指令为python make_book.py --book_name 'newYork.epub' --openai_key sk-** --api_base 'https://api.gpts.vin/v1'
请问是哪里出错了。
