校验time格式的时间遇到问题 #341

前端组件选择的时间是 time 格式，校验时就算填写了值，也会被视为没有填写。

若图二中 transform 方法返回任意的一个 dayjs() 日期，校验就能通过

请问，这是什么原因导致的？
