Example picture with my phone (Samsung Galaxy J6, using Google Chrome), note that this issue happens with each character albeit differently.

Also happens on Firefox on PC

Seems to be an anti-fingerprinting mechanism from the browsers. In Firefox's case a possible fix is to disable Enhanced Tracking Protection.
