Please describe the enhancement you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

The loading interface works well - but it relies on reels and open clips for organisation. Most of our flame department use Libraries and individual clips for organisation. So it would be great to have a configurable option here to choose to load clips individually rather than into an open group and into library folders rather than reels

How would you imagine the implementation of the enhancemenent?
