Please describe the issue you have encountered?

A client started a project using Ftrack services but later decided to stop using them entirely. This caused some tasks and folders to become inactive, preventing artists from seeing their folders and tasks in Launcher. Although this issue was manually fixed using the Ayon API, it shouldn't have occurred in the first place.

I don't think this is issue for ftrack addon. Not sure what should ftrack addon do to "resolve" the issue.
