Pointcache BGEO.SC publish

Description

Current Behavior

There is no possibility of publish the files which are multi-dot files (eg: .bgeo.sc & .bgeo.gz)

Expected Behavior

there should be different logic for the pointcache, current one is not supporting it

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Try to publish the pointcache .bgeo.sc files using tray publisher

Version of the server, ayon-core and the addon that's affected
