Please describe the feature you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

We need to render each camera clip in the sequence as a MOV file, preferably using H264. These clips should follow the handle values, including the heads and tails. Later, we'll need to update the paths in OTIO so they reference the correct future published paths.
