I was Admin PMing a player to initiate ahelp and it was not showing in the ticket list at all. I did this repeatedly and there did not appear to be any previous ticket for them either. Player was: Kpnsmg

At the time I was trying to message them, they were a holoparasite I believe, originally a traitor.
