Could RestSharpPolly be published again? version 1.2 doesn't target .NetStandard2.0 but the source here does.

I have a .net standard 2.0 project that will not load version 1.2 as a dependent package. It doesn't list 2.0, but it does reference net standard 2.1 , net core 3.0, 3.1 and a lot of full frameworks.
