问题描述/What happened:
开启宿主机宕机自动漂移功能后，使用拔网线的方式模拟自动漂移不成功
region日志显示未能检测到host宕机，手动重启region后，触发
环境/Environment:

v3.11.9
os: openeuler 2203 sp3
