Considerations:
What is the issue we are solving with this request? Allowing multiple policies to be selected when using AWS Managed Policies.
Does it require modifying an existing module or adding a new module? Modify existing.
What will be the most scalable, repeatable way to create and add/edit/modify this feature? Allow a list rather than a string.
What is the desired outcome? Multiple ARNs for policy selection.
