The S3 documentation comes with a 4 step phased how to get S3 started.
However, the last step requires an restart.
This does not work in all scenarious:
It does work when using the config file approach, but not the environment variable.
For this reason, step 3 and 4 should be changed with each other. Also a very crucial note is missing that restart is also required upon changing or removing these configuration, as they'd still be cached within Zammad.
