investigate possibility to generate valid STF_TOKEN during setup #144

the simplest way looks like after finishing setup ask about generating STF_TOKEN and if yes

suggest to start everything
provide details about token generation via ui
ask for generated value
update in variables.env
restart services automatically one more time using valid token

it would be great to deliver together with #107
