Unsupported modifier bug on Kitty, Foot, etc

Broken on Kitty, Foot, working in Alacritty.

The error I got earlier about unsupported modifier seems to happen regardless of Nix, I ran docker for arch which also has 0.41 and sure enough, it fails. If I do it under alacritty no error is found, same docker container.

Minimal reproduction

No config, launch zellij under Kitty, or Foot term emulators. Try to scroll down to colliding in autoconfig wizard.

Other relevant information

EDIT: if i generate the non-colliding config with Alacritty and switch to my regular term, the keybinds are not recognized.

support_kitty_keyboard_protocol false fixes it, so it looks like there's an issue with that Kitty protocol and the new version.
