Analytics scripts have to go somewhere. Plus there are always some things that need defining, so having a nice place to put them would be grand.

Or maybe we try to do this all in the Customizer now? Since that's where the logo lives and that's turned into the WordPress way.

Trying the scripts portion of this out in the Customizer. It's not great that you're pasting text into the little sidebar area the Customizer gives you by default, but it works.

Template is there for adding more sections/controls to handle any other "things that need defining", but only the scripts are actually implemented, so I'm leaving this open for now.... Also, we may decide this ought to be in an options page after all because I'm super not all the way sold on this approach.
