在TextReader上可以禁止显示提示 #70

现在当把鼠标放到TextReader上时，也会显示主程序的其他信息，比如网络状况，天气预报等等。
希望有个选项，当鼠标放在TextReader上的时候可以禁用提示，这样就可以愉快的点击鼠标左键翻页了。

如果可以也希望可以支持鼠标滚轮翻页的功能。。非常感谢！
