Google search (and maybe others) inlines videos in search results, bypassing filters for e.g. YouTube. Since this isn't reflected in the window title it might be necesssary to use some other means for blocking, maybe even (finally) a browser extension.

Looks like Bing is easier to handle.

Maybe the easiest workaround is to block media content via some existing browser extension (ad blocker).
