How can i download such datasets that used in your paper？The code in ’DataSet‘ is used for preprocessing but not for downloading

You can easily get these datasets by searching in Google or following the citations of datasets in our paper. These are datasets for SWaT and WADI:

WADI dataset: https://itrust.sutd.edu.sg/itrust-labs_datasets/dataset_info/#wadi
