Problem

Party chat works fine when both members are within the visible range of each other, you will see the expected chat message:

However if the party member is not on-screen, and hasn't seen a chat message from the other party member whilst they were on-screen, the message will contain no name.

This is an issue for groups where a party member joins a group where the other members are off-screen, any messages from them will contain no name and they won't know who said what, until that person sends a chat message whilst in vis range.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Hide char A
  2. Summon char B
  3. Make A invite B
  4. Send party chat on A: /hello
  5. Observe chat on B, the message will contain no name.

This is interesting and likely a core bug as that party system is all handled by the core. I'll investigate it.
