How to compile

export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$MCALSW/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH

CFITSIO variable must be set

Installation:

> make
> make install


List of projects

MCVLib

Main C++ class library for MCAL data analysis. It is based on the classes
developed for program mcalview2.
It provides a platform for building high level MCAL data analysis software.

Dynamic library libMCV.so can be loaded in an interpreted ROOT session typing:
.L $(MCALSW)/lib/libMCV.so
so that classes in libMCV can be used in ROOT macros.

viewrun

Interactive program. It works on an H* file created with program
mcalanalyzer Provides visualization of the basic histograms in a graphics
environment. Provides limited analysis capabilities on
data and no selection capabilities.It links to libMCV.a library. 

Usage: viewrun H<run-id>_<packet-type>.root
