Allow setting the inner radius directly (rather than having to set it indirectly via the thickness). Allow toggling whether a slice is selectable or not. If there is no event for a slice then this allows turning off the highlight and calling the listener.

This addresses issue #34. The extra features are setting the size of the hole directly, and being able to toggle whether slices are selectable or not (they are selectable by default).
