This PR yoinks Point Verdant and rearranges it a bit, then makes it an odyssey. My reasoning behind not just taking Point Verdant exactly is that I want this to be canon, and it would be really odd to find an exact carbon copy of point verdant in the middle of the weeping stars. Instead it'll just be a plausibly deniable coastal city, with all the noticeably konyanger stuff removed.
Very WIP, just want it to be up so I can work on other projects and stuff.
