Addition of Welsh and Gaelic language pack options as defined at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/available-language-packs-for-windows
A Welsh language interface is a mandated option for people in Wales where a Welsh language interface for the software exists, so the addition of an option to install it to this script will greatly aid the adoption of AVD in Wales particularly by public sector organisations. I believe there is a similar requirement within Scottish government endpoint usage.
