Simplify the ci pipeline once post push event has been supported #87

When our new Github App with post-push process has been deployed, we can simplify avm's ci pipeline, we don't need to check the document or code format anymore. The post-push event would ensure that all these policies will be applied.

@lonegunmanb I agree with this change, but we cannot merge until we have:

  • tested the new approach
  • ensured the GH app is added to all repos (grept?)
  • updated documentation and created content to allow module owners to understand the changes
