Small commit to make links that were pointing at # point to live sites.
Prism (prism.js) was in the footer but was 404ing as there is no js/ directory. Initially looked at using it via a CDN, but as the site curretnly does not have an code examples I have removed it. Resources was spelt wrong so I fixed that up too.
