v0.2.3 Important bug fixes!

Please restart Blender after installing the new plugin! And make sure to run Blender as an administrator so that file importing/exporting can work!

• Fixed bug with not being able to edit JBeam file and have changes reflected in Blender mesh
• Fixed parsing expressions (e.g. parsing exponents)
• Fixed processing slot variables
• Fixed not importing JBeam objects defined in a "main" part
• Fixed loading in .pc files contained within a subfolder in a vehicle model folder
