Updating and reducing the amount of Builds on Talent Target Scalling.

1 - M+ Build Meta for Demonology is way more clear now. 2 - Talents like Wilfreds and Reign of Tyranny ended up being not worth regardless of single target/aoe or better timings. 3 - Vilefiend AOE capacity is outmatched by SoulStrike Extra Shard generation. 4 - Previous builds had slight outdated choices to them.

In addition to this, i believe showing only 3 choices with more clear distinctions might be better to compare than 6 different ones where 3 or 4 are very similar.

As Such, T31 will still be shown as the single target/raid build, alongside two M+/AOE builds one more single target oriented and another more AOE focused.
