Context
The
tests/share/hoc/folder has already been deleted butdockerfileis not up-to-date. Those hoc files should be copied from https://github.com/blueBrain/neurodamus-models by users.BB5 is no longer accessible, so we should drop the gitlab pipeline.

dockerfile, remove the copy command for thetests/share/hoc/folder.gitlab-ci.ymlTesting
