Change pixel format from RGBA8888 to BGRA8888

…objects - this caused an ugly effect after the texture had been defused to 100%, but before the depthbuffer pixels had been clipped.

- Removed the clip from the portal shader - not required now.
- Exclude forest portals when doing second depthbuffer draw of world …
…e for fading out the textures drawn around forests as the hero approaches. Fixed an issue with diffusing from certain angles, and changed the fade distance to make the effect less obtrusive.

Forgot to upload from harddisk the other assimp files in the include folder, does speed up texture loading a little bit
Remove unnecessary if statement in DX7 DrawPrimitive.
