Minor Fix

Bug fixed:

• Fixed Crash if a user specified an absolute path as working or output directory.

Add some SSL-Options for old servers, and use ALPN extension for reverse Proxies.

TLS ALPN extension is now always used, so that you can also connect to a bbb instance through a reverse proxy.

New options are:

-scv, --skip-cert-verify
                        Suppress HTTPS certificate validation
  -ais, --allow-insecure-ssl
                        Allow connections to unpatched servers. Use this option if your server uses a very old SSL version.
  -uac, --use-all-ciphers
                        Allow connections to servers that use insecure ciphers. Use this option if your server uses an insecure cipher.
  -ftv FORCE_TLS_VERSION, --force-tls-version FORCE_TLS_VERSION
                        Force the client to use a specify tls version. E.g: TLSv1_3
