[Internal] [Bug] Conflicts running TOSTADAS on AWS

Description.
TOSTADAS test commands run in Sagemaker but not on EC2

Run environment (container, cloud service, HPC, platform, etc.)
AWS EC2 instance

Command to replicate the error:

Any Additional Context or Information?
Singularity 3+ might not be supported on EC2 (with Amazon Linux base image) because of a Go conflict

Also getting some issues with modules - nameparser and repeatmasker.

Had issues with conda and docker profiles as well.

Will add documentation once I've started testing.
