Implemented TODO-1.2 requirements. Untested currently,
2.1 not working properly, probably issue with the velocity function.
This fixed the previous issue where only few boids were moving. Hadn't implemented neighbour check properly.
Updated the UpdateVel function fo rUniform scattering. Need to add comments before submission
Implemented coherent uniform grid and added Performance Reports
