The purpose of this PR is to re-configure
here-based file paths to only have a single project root. Heretofore, each subdirectory has had it's own separate root, which has caused some issues/confusion. In this PR:correlates_reporting/folder is always considered the project root and all file paths are references w.r.t. this folder..herefiles and replaced with the recommendedhere::i_amroot finding approach.Rmdfiles also ensure that theroot.dirof theRsession is alsocorrelates_reporting/. This will ensure consistent behavior whether.Rmdfiles are knitted incorrelates_reporting/or in subdirectories.
