PicoRun6.1

PR6.1 is a small sample for testing discriminator threshold and ref voltages more in line with data.

Aside from the modified threshold and voltages, same configuration as MiniRun6.

Note: As in MR6, the new field response is used, but the time window/padding isn't large enough for it, so these files should be considered suspect (as should MR6).
