This branch builds upon a few other branches.
There's a lot of changes here, I'm afraid.
In order of commits, it contains:
xmi updates
log file functionality (writing to screen and sfincs.log)
updated advection limiter and added flux limiter (using uvlim, default = 10 m/s)
a small rewrite of the coriolis and use_coriolis variables
removal of cumprcpt (no longer necessesary with double precision zs) and double precision z_volume
