This change implements the
Vocabularyclass that facilitates getting the content of metadata registries considered as holding controlled vocabularies. Currently two CVs have been added: IANA media types and FAIRsharing.Each vocabulary supports both local (from a local file cached in
/static/controlled_vocabulariespath) and remote connection (usually through API requests).Resolves some items from issue #92
