This pull request introduces the ecchronos-binary module, which includes the ecctool command-line tool for interacting with the ecChronos REST API. The tool allows users to query repair schedules, statuses, and history, formatting the results in a user-friendly way. The implementation includes:
Integration tests will be implemented in a separate pull request to ensure smooth merging and allow for incremental improvements.
