Configuring all the Bluefield stuff

WARNING: scripts are not stable (yet) For now, follow the_ultimate_guide.txt

Running the scripts

Run all scripts as root (sudo su) Run the scripts in the following order:

1. 1-configuring_bluefield.sh (On the host, part 1,2,3)
2. 2_internet_host.sh (On the host)
3. 2-internet_bluefield.sh (On the bluefield)
4. 3-dpdk_bluefield.sh (On the bluefield)
