GLASS 1.6.16

GLASS is a DHIS2 Web Application to register data for Anti-Microbial Resistance in a DHIS2 instance. This is a custom app that requires in order to properly develop its functionality from the following elements:

• The DHIS2 metadata for the AMR modules that are required
• The appropriate information to be deployed in the datastore
• The custom landing page to be installed in the instance and users to be assigned to the AMR user groups
• The GLASS DHIS2 standard report to be installed in the instance

Provided all these elements are installed in the DHIS2 instance, the app will implement the functionality of allowing a country user to introduce data for AMR Agg, AMR Individual, AMR Funghi, EGASP modules and AMC.

• Feat: Give priority to full ATC codes in aware classification over patterns
• Feat: Add line number when there is an error in the ATC version manual
• Feat: Get organization unit id from data entry country code for TEAs of type
• Feat: Not allow to upload a file without data submission id
