Fixes:

  • Vulkan:
    • Fix support for BC7 textures
    • Fix a buffer memory leak in the case where the client is pushing vertex data to one buffer frequently
    • Treat whole-buffer updates using SetDataOptions.None as Discard, improving performance/stability
