Release update with a pre-release update for refinement point picking

In this new release a displacement peak location picker has been added to the displacement plotting to facility mesh refinement away from the centriod of the cell.

Documentation still-to-do list (NOT optional):

Write more through guidance documentation base on paper SI (with walk-throughs, screengrabs, etc)
Finalize citation and DOIs (once known)

Coding to do list (a.k.a. optional extras):

Make sigma_ mesh param user adjustable
Add other options for initial blob finding
Add other commented-out deconv schemes

Release update with updated commenting and several minor bugfixes

New commenting and cleaning to bring code in line with headings and various other clean-up.

Updated documentation for running Docker on the latest version and Docker Toolbox.

Update from v1.0 with minor bugfixes:

• getBeadParams
• traction plotting

And added a basic .sh style runscript for Docker Toolbox or *nix Docker (not tested, try at own risk).
