Disease Analysis Dashboard

This repository contains the Disease Analysis Dashboard, a comprehensive data visualization project created to analyze healthcare data. The dashboard includes various interactive charts and graphs to help understand trends in diseases, expenses, patient distribution, and test results.

1. 📊 Total Expense Per Disease Displays the total medical expenses associated with each disease.

2. 📈 Condition Count Analysis: Shows the frequency of various medical conditions.

3. 💊Medication by Blood Type: Visualizes the relationship between medication and blood types.

4. 🩸 Patients by Blood Type: Highlights the distribution of patients by blood type.

5. 🔍 Patients by Blood Type and Medical Condition: Provides insights into the correlation between blood types and specific medical conditions.

6. 🧪 Patients by Test Results: Categorizes patients based on test outcomes (Normal, Abnormal, Inconclusive).

🛠️ Technologies Used

1. Power BI: For data visualization and creating interactive dashboards.

2. Excel: For data preprocessing and organization.

🚀 How to Use

1. Clone this repository to your local machine: git clone https://github.com/your-username/disease-analysis-dashboard.git

2. Open the Power BI file (Disease_Analysis_Dashboard.pbix) in Microsoft Power BI.

3. Load the Healthcare_dataset.xlsx into the dashboard by navigating to Home > Transform Data > Edit Queries, and updating the file path for the dataset.

4. Explore the dashboard using the interactive visualizations.

🔑 Key Insights

1. 🌡️ Asthma and cancer incur the highest medical expenses.

2. 🩸 The distribution of patients across blood types is fairly uniform.

3. 💊 Certain medications are more common for specific blood types.

Disease Analysis Report:

1.Cancer expenses significantly surpass those of other diseases, with arthritis incurring the least expenditure.

2.A total of 1708 patients suffer from asthma, followed by cancer.

3.Individuals with AB- blood type are more prone to suffering; notably, those with AB- blood type are predisposed to obesity.

4.The majority of patients' test results indicate abnormalities
