This changes
twl_iwramfrom0x03000000to0x037c0000in order for GBARunner3 to work properly with DSiWarehax exploits (such as Memory Pit, stylehax, etc).Tested and working with DS flashcards and DSi SD card running TWLMenu++ v27.1.2, both with and without Unlaunch.
This unfortunately breaks support for CycloDS iEvolution (which a majority of users don't have), unless a separate build we're to be made (with
0x03000000kept as the iwram value), or if DS mode we're to be forced on the frontend side.
