This is the first stable release of the code. Everything is in line with the description of the CONAN paper (Mercadante, Gräter, and Daday, Biophys J 2018).
All the tests and the application should work "out of the box."
Further functionality and (in the unlikely event that they are needed) bug fixes are due to come out soon.
