Adds a toggle which skips the three song of time cutscenes.
For resets, handles both "first time reset" and normal reset behaviors.
For SoDT, handles respawning the player when going from day -> night
For inverted, nothing special is needed.
Placing the menu option right next to "Faster Playback" in the Songs section.
This also should work nicely as-is with #963
Build Artifacts
