Some traits are discrete. There are many kind of discrete types though:

  • counts (Binomial or Poisson)
  • ordered categories (Threshold)
  • unordered categories (Multinomial)

Show how to simulate such discrete traits. This is more of an AlphaSimR thing, but let's crack it in SIMplyBee as examples and then port to AlphaSimR

asCategorical() has now been merged into AlphaSimR devel. This gives us ordered categories. Will leave this issue open so we later focus on count traits and unordered categories.
