members-only content error: handle changed message

The error message we're getting when content is member-only has been changed from:

Join this channel to get access to members-only content (...)

To:

Join this channel from your computer or Android app to get access to members-only content (...)

I changed the error string we're looking for to be more generic and handle both of those messages properly.
