La base de datos de vacunación debe desacargarlo del siguiente link:

https://www.datosabiertos.gob.pe/dataset/vacunaci%C3%B3n-contra-covid-19-ministerio-de-salud-minsa

Luego debe llamar al archivo con el nombre: vacunas_covid.csv

Para el geopandas peru_departamental_simple.geojson, puede descargarlo de: 
https://www.kaggle.com/noemelo/geopandas-mapa-del-peru/data
