A long overdue update with new functionality suggested by one of the users. Also, bugfixes.

Added variable subsystem.
Added preview of currently set variables.
Added actions and triggers that work on variables.
Added action to change volume to a value of a variable.
Added an example configuration file that uses variables.
Added about box.
Added homepage link to system tray icon.
Grouped links into a Links drop-down.
The application is now signed, can be ran as administrator safely.
Changed window names to be clearer.
Changed handling of disabled items - before they would return false, now they do not run at all.
Fixed some items running even though they are disabled.
Fixed crash when trying to set start on boot when not running as administrator.
Fixed invalid setting message when starting and there are no behaviors saved.
Code cleanup and refactoring, cleanup of tests.
